Mike Dannenfeldt
Partner
Mike has spent his entire career in CRM professional services, working with customers from Fortune 500 all the way to small nonprofits. He has been delivering Salesforce solutions since he joined Salesforce back in 2004 as one of only a handful of folks on the technical consulting team. While at Salesforce, Mike co-authored Salesforce’s public developer training classes & developer/architect certification exams, and served in a one-year Fellowship with Salesforce.org.
After Salesforce, Mike was Founder and CEO of Etherios, which he led to become a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner with top-rated customer satisfaction amongst all partners and the firm was recognized by Salesforce multiple times with Partner Innovation awards. Etherios was acquired by Digi International (Nasdaq: DGII) where Mike served as Senior Vice President running their CRM & IoT services & software division.
After Digi, Mike co-founded Aleysian to once again help deliver world-class innovative & cost-effective cloud solutions utilizing best-in-class and emerging SaaS technologies.
Dustin Ward
Partner
Dustin Ward is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Aleysian. He specializes in delivering cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions built on the Salesforce platform. He has nearly 10 years of experience focused on the Salesforce platform delivering complex solutions across all business verticals.
Dustin has worked hand-in-hand with customers to develop Salesforce program roadmaps that align to organizational priorities and timelines. He has extensive experience across the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud product offerings, and he also has extensive experience with complex integration projects leveraging Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and Jitterbit connecting to a variety of back end systems. He is extremely well versed in project lifecycle management, and has proven experience working with customer leadership to not only deliver the solution at hand, but also to help design the future of the solution.
Dustin also brings a unique and deep financial expertise to projects as he graduated from school with a degree in accounting, and worked as a Certified Public Accountant for several years after college before turning his focus to cloud technologies.
Dustin lives in Chicago with his wife Michelle, and as many dogs as she tricks him into rescuing from the shelter. To his own detriment, Dustin is a die-hard fan of the Chicago Bears and University of Illinois sports teams.
Matthew Garms
Head of Growth
An enthusiasm for demand creation through strategic selling, aligned with a hands-on leadership approach, has made Matthew stand out in a crowded field. With 20 years of selling and sales leadership experience, Matthew understands the inner workings of how to scale and motivate sales teams to achieve their goals.
Rather than use a boxed, one-size-fits-all approach, Matthew focuses on industry nuances and the strengths to create tailored go-to-market strategies. He is also one of the few high-level sales leaders who can get his hands dirty with Salesforce as he is also a certified Salesforce Administrator. This allows him to draw from his deep understanding of sales processes and the day-to-day needs of sales reps and leadership to create an instance that matches organizations’ sales cycle.
In addition to his day-to-day work, Matthew serves as a mentor to startup and growth-stage companies when he is not chasing after his two boys.

Mary Kate Mouch

Mary Kate is a results-driven business professional with proven success in sales, strategy, organizational communication, customer connectivity and people management within the consulting, consumer packaged goods, and sports industries. As the Managing Principal of the Aleysian Salsify practice, MK is leading our team of consultants partnering with clients who are focused on their digital transformation, ensuring they can optimize their online footprint to succeed in the ever-evolving eCommerce landscape.
Prior to joining Aleysian, MK spent the first eleven years of her career in consumer packaged goods with Oscar Mayer/Kraft-Heinz, Mondelez/Nabisco, Danone and Kimberly-Clark. Most recently with KC, Mary Kate was a leader on their eCommerce team, partnering with syndication partners to ensure updated content was top of mind for retail partners to help grow their family care and personal care categories. MK is a communicative and inspirational leader with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. She thrives on the challenge and opportunity to apply innovative solutions for positive impact, and has a passion for helping others find fulfillment and value in the workplace.
Mary Kate lives in Chicago with her husband Donald, daughter Caelyn and dog Peyto. As a family, they love exploring various Chicago neighborhoods, as well as traveling and learning different cultures. MK enjoys running, The Bar Method, and curling up on the couch with a nice glass of wine and a good book.
