Dustin Ward
Managing Partner
Dustin Ward is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Aleysian. He specializes in delivering cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions built on the Salesforce platform. He has over 10 years of experience focused on the Salesforce platform delivering complex solutions across all business verticals.
Dustin has worked hand-in-hand with customers to develop Salesforce program roadmaps that align to organizational priorities and timelines. He has extensive experience across the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud product offerings, and he also has extensive experience with complex integration projects leveraging Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and Jitterbit connecting to a variety of back end systems. He is extremely well versed in project lifecycle management, and has proven experience working with customer leadership to not only deliver the solution at hand, but also to help design the future of the solution.
Dustin also brings a unique and deep financial expertise to projects as he graduated from school with a degree in accounting, and worked as a Certified Public Accountant for several years after college before turning his focus to cloud technologies.
Dustin lives in Chicago with his wife Michelle, and as many dogs as she tricks him into rescuing from the shelter. To his own detriment, Dustin is a die-hard fan of the Chicago Bears and University of Illinois sports teams.
David Felsenthal
Partner
Mr. Felsenthal has 20 years experience within the professional consulting services industry as a system integrator. He enjoys working with teams of talented individuals and translating complex business challenges into valuable solutions for clients. Mr. Felsenthal’s consulting experience spans a wide range of functional business process areas, industries, and technology solutions. However, for the past 6 years, Mr. Felsenthal has specialized within Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) use cases utilizing the Salesforce.com platform to deliver business solutions.
Mr. Felsenthal manages the Salesforce implementation services consulting practice at Aleysian. Prior to joining Aleysian, Mr. Felsenthal held the position of Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group for 8 years and was a Partner at a technology implementation consulting firm, Blue Stone International, that was acquired by Huron in 2013.
Mr. Felsenthal is a passionate leader who enjoys working with people of diverse backgrounds and skills to optimize productivity and project outcomes. In 2016, he was recognized by Consulting Magazine as a Rising Star in the industry for his Excellence in Leadership.
Matthew Garms
Partner, Head of Growth
An enthusiasm for demand creation through strategic selling, aligned with a hands-on leadership approach, has made Matthew stand out in a crowded field. With 20 years of selling and sales leadership experience, Matthew understands the inner workings of how to scale and motivate sales teams to achieve their goals.
Rather than use a boxed, one-size-fits-all approach, Matthew focuses on industry nuances and the strengths to create tailored go-to-market strategies. He is also one of the few high-level sales leaders who can get his hands dirty with Salesforce as he is also a certified Salesforce Administrator. This allows him to draw from his deep understanding of sales processes and the day-to-day needs of sales reps and leadership to create an instance that matches organizations’ sales cycle.
In addition to his day-to-day work, Matthew serves as a mentor to startup and growth-stage companies when he is not chasing after his two boys.
Natalie Carrell
Head of Sales, eCommerce Practice
Often accused of “never meeting a stranger,” Natalie is a sales leader with a passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with customers and partners alike. She uses collaboration and teamwork to identify the best solutions and opportunities for her customers, creating long-lasting collaborative partnerships.
Prior to leading sales for Aleysian’s Ecommerce consulting practice, Natalie enjoyed a 17+ year career at Coca-Cola where she led complex customer relationships that were recognized as best-in-class strategic partnerships. Additionally, she spent many years within the commercial space orchestrating product launches and exits, overseeing partnerships with brand and channel teams and building selling tools and resources for business units. She established a strong reputation as a cross-functional leader who produces results and creates a fun, team-oriented environment.
Natalie received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from University of Illinois where she studied Journalism. In her free time, Natalie loves exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene with friends, traveling, catching up on the latest binge worthy series with her dog Allie, and finding new fitness challenges to stay active (and just maybe to balance out the series streaming).

Todd Carlough
Managing Principal
Todd has a history of working with CRM for almost 20 years. His experience includes working extensively with the Federal Government in multiple agencies and he also has extensive public sector experience. He has worked in Higher Education, Med-tech, IT, and Finance fields. He has broad experience improving business performance through the application of business and technical solutions. He has knowledge and experience in programming, systems development, systems integration, technical management, resource development, business analysis, facilitation and training.
Todd originally started his CRM career working with the University of Maryland, University College. He moved on from the university to a career in Salesforce Consulting. He has worked with Acumen Solutions, West Monroe Partners and Aleysian as a System Architect and functional consultant.
In his personal time, Todd enjoys playing with his two dogs Charlie and Roo, and playing kickball, video and board games with friends. He enjoys barbecuing in his backyard and swimming with the dogs in the pool.

Steven Cocchiarella
Managing Principal
Steven has spent the past 10 years working in technology management and leadership roles, during which time he gained valuable experience with System Architecture, Business Intelligence, ERP, Billing, Field Service and CRM Systems, Integrations, and Management.
Once Steven started his first Salesforce project, it quickly became clear that he had enthusiasm and talent for building solutions to complex problems on the Salesforce platform. This led to him transitioning into a Salesforce consulting career, during which he has interacted with Salesforce implementations across many industries and organization sizes.
Prior to working in technology related positions, Steven had a career as a musician, during which time he performed as a freelance musician and worked as a Musical Director for Royal Caribbean.

Alex DeVries
Technical Managing Principal
Alex has over 13 years of experience in IT consulting services, serving as a full stack developer and enterprise architect. His knowledge and expertise in programming, systems integration, data modeling, system architecture, and technical management has helped him to deliver efficient and intuitive solutions to clients. In addition to the delivery of technical services, Alex has experience in requirements gathering and analysis, user interface and experience design, and training.
Alex began his career by implementing custom web applications for state and local government agencies, guiding them in modernization efforts to better serve their constituents. Initially, Alex worked extensively with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics CRM, ASP.NET) but was introduced to the Salesforce platform in 2017 with which he has delivered complex, modern non-emergency (311) systems for the cities of Chicago and Toronto.
Alex lives in Chicago with his wife Emma and their two cats. In his free time, Alex enjoys designing and playing games, going to rock concerts, collecting records, and reading.
David McClain
Managing Principal
David McClain has over 10 years of experience driving digital transformations in the manufacturing, retail, and CPG space. His background in Journalism gave him the foundations for conveying a comprehensive vision of transformation. Following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Howard University, he spent time building his marketing repertoire at esteemed ad agencies such as Leo Burnett and Energy BBDO. There, he contributed to the development of award-winning campaigns for prominent brands like Walgreens, Nintendo, Mars, SC Johnson, and Wrigley’s. His consulting career began as a digital production subject-matter expert for Walmart where he specialized in Digital Asset Management systems.
Since then, the bulk of his experience has been spent working on omnichannel experiences, where he engages with stakeholders to build marketing technology toolboxes to support cross functional teams. His expertise spans DAMs, PIMs, MDMs, CRMs, CDPs, CMS and all related integrations.
In his free time, David loves experiencing new cultures through cuisine and can frequently be found enjoying Chicago’s diverse selection of restaurants. He also enjoys collecting passport stamps and has been to every continent (except Antarctica).
