The goal of the partner referral project was to design and build a process on the SFDC Sales Cloud platform that allows Payscale to effectively manage the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound partner referrals while promoting data integrity, efficiency, and a positive user experience.
Aleysian provided value by accomplishing the following -
Developed an accurate and up to date repository of all partners, their partnership types, and a go-forward maintenance process.
Configured an automated process to capture the appropriate amount of revenue owed to partners for each inbound referral sourced deal and the revenue owned to Payscale for outbound referrals.
Created an effective and scalable process for capturing inbound/outbound referrals that supports all necessary sources, as illustrated below.
